About the Role

The CEO will lead all facets of the company’s operations, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality residential developments. This role demands a leader with a strong commercial mindset, capable of driving sustainable growth while reducing dependency on government funding. Key responsibilities include:

• Residential Development & Construction : Overseeing the planning and execution of high-quality housing projects that align with market demand and affordability initiatives.

• Government Partnerships & Commercial Resilience : Securing approvals and funding from government entities while ensuring the company’s long-term financial stability beyond policy shifts.

• Builder Network Expansion : Developing and strengthening partnerships with reputable builders, starting in Southeast Queensland and expanding into New South Wales and Victoria.

• Procurement & Supply Chain Management : Leveraging international procurement expertise to source high-quality, cost-effective building materials and integrating them into the builder network.

• Land Acquisition & Planning : Leading the development of subdivisions, townhouses, multi-unit complexes, and high-rise projects, while establishing an in-house planning division to streamline approvals and execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record in large-scale residential development, with experience managing complex projects successfully.

• Extensive experience in government housing initiatives, securing approvals, and leveraging funding opportunities while ensuring financial sustainability.

• Strong leadership in procurement and supply chain management within the construction sector.

• The ability to build and expand a strategic builder network across multiple states.

• Expertise in land acquisition, urban planning, and large-scale project execution.

• A commercially focused mindset with the strategic acumen to scale operations and drive long-term growth.
